The Live-in Caregiver Program
(caregiver to children, elderly and disabled)

This program allows professional (experienced) caregivers to work in Canada, without supervision, in a private household providing care for children, elderly persons or people with disabilities. The caregiver must live in the employer's home. After working for two years as a live-in caregiver, you can apply to become a permanent resident of Canada.
